Re: Lessons of 1968 for the Bernie or busters
the b_or_b guys need to take a chill pill, relax, have a beer and do some deep introspection if they really want to stick with the b_or_b idiocy and the consequences of pushing through with it.
on the line: supreme court nominations and all that it means for women's reproductive rights, something far worse and as yet unknown replacement for the ACA, reinstalling the torture regime, and bizarre economic ideas. above all having to see drumpf's ugly mug every single day on TV mouthing off nonsense as ugly as his mug.

I guess that is a tired old scare tactic that Shrillery-bots have been using with Sanders supporters, Il Professore.

I enjoy the discomfort and depair of Shrillery-bots, Il Professore. The only one with a hard on is you - for over a year for Shrillery.MaxEntropy_Man wrote:it's funny to see the two of you red-blooded, red meat eating anti commie, anti socialist, conservative standard bearers of SUCH suddenly getting a hard-on for the socialist codger. what gives?

Hillary is being arrogant. by now she should have co-opted Bernie by reaching an agreement with him whereby he would pull out of the race and in return she would make him her VP nominee.

No, Rashmun. Hillary knows that Bernie still thinks he can win the nomination and will pooh-pooh the VP offer. She is carefully biding her time. OTOH Trump is playing smart by not willing to debate Bernie, at the risk of antoganizing his supporters whose votes he is counting on should Hillary be the Democratic nominee.Rashmun wrote:Hillary is being arrogant. by now she should have co-opted Bernie by reaching an agreement with him whereby he would pull out of the race and in return she would make him her VP nominee.

This doesn't look like pooh-poohing the idea to me:

Read your own link again. He still thinks he can win the nomination, so Hillary is doing the right thing by waiting.Rashmun wrote:goodcitizn wrote:No, Rashmun. all right. so the next question is: after hillary clinches the nomination, as she will in all likelihood, should she offer to make Sanders the VP nominee so as to win over the Sanders supporters?
