Constructive Ideas to Help Modi?

1. Heard on news - Allow a salary advance in cash to govt employees, using new notes, so they do not crowd the queues.
2. Do not allow one person to use more than 2 debit cards at a time at ATMs. Reports on one person using 16-20 debit cards at a time, on others behalf.
3. Any single transaction - be it for CPAs, Jewellers, Banks etc - over 5 lacs - simply not allowed. A limit of 2.5 lacs to deposit with explanation, but no limit to get a check of Rs 1 crore from a CPA? or buying 1 Kg Gold backdated?
4. A person who can explain the source, must have no limit on time, at least with RBI over 2.5 lacs. (I belong to this category).
5. Charity with old notes to any Govt approved Org must be made free. Let these notes floating in Ganges at least become of some use, it does take some cost to print them. Instead of burning, open them up for charity.
