Can't blame them for turning their backs against the most unelectable candidate in recent memory. Dems are whining so much about "Trump this, Trump that, you guys will regret, blah blah blah" but they haven't questioned themselves why they picked hidimbi as their candidate.

There are exactly three groups of people who have good reasons to be climate change deniers: (a) business people in the fossil fuel industry who are paid to deny it, (b) politicians who are paid by the fossil fuel industry to deny it, and (c) uneducated and / or dumb people who are swindled by the first two groups to ignore a threat to their own futures.

This is why even the US military treats climate change as reality and makes its plans accordingly.

There's another group of deniers who use their vote like benefit account. Benefit for jobs, discount, money etc. much like the caste/religion/perks/money/liquor/relatives/association group in India.
