They are handling the food with their bare hands (without gloves). Wonder how many of us here can eat that.

I ate nihari/naan in jama masjid area a decade ago. four of us ran up a Rs 30k booze bill in hotel imperial until 4am, then went off to jama masjid where the four of us ate nihari/naan for Rs 120. India - the land of extremes.

This trip, I ate at a highway dhaba that will make you all cringe in disbelief. Yes, I'll post up some pictures later this month. I survived that dhaba without incident.

Bwahaha...Kinny aunty, have u seen the kitchens of those fancy places where food is handled with gloves? Once u do, u'll stop eating out altogether.
