......Modi wants to remove the "red beacons" on the vehicles of "dignitaries". That is a good idea. Here is a better idea - they should put red beacons on the heads of criminals who are not yet in jail (Jagan, Laloo, Raja, Khalmadi, etc.) so that people can avoid them.....
