UP CM Adityanath has been crying himself hoarse proclaiming that the Mughal Emperor Akbar, perhaps the greatest king the world has known, was a foreign invader. See this:

Of course Adityanath is wrong, and ignorant of Indian history. But if he really wants to insult and abuse his benefactors would it not be appropriate for Adityanath to return the huge amounts of money donated to his mutt, the Gorakhnath peeth, by Mughal Emperor Akbar and other mughal kings. The money donated by Akbar and other Mughals to the Gorakhnath peeth can be calculated in today's terms and then once Adityanath returns the money it can be used to support Mughal studies and to support causes the Mughals were fond of (spreading religious tolerance, supporting music and the arts, supporting science and technology, etc.)

I acknowledge and respect the debt I owe to India. i am not ungrateful like Yogi Adityanath whose mutt took huge amounts of money in donations from the mughals and who is now attacking the same mughals.
