She has already suffered enough and should be left alone IMO. And whatever she did must have been a collective decision but only she is taking all the heat.

Dmitry Gorin, the criminal defense attorney representing Griffin, said she is going to fully cooperate with the investigation, The New York Times reported. He also reiterated that Griffin was simply exercising her constitutional rights. “She basically exercised her First Amendment rights to tell a joke,” Gorin told the Times. “When you look at everything in the media, all the times entertainers make videos or express themselves in other ways, you’ve never seen an entertainer, let alone a comedian, be subject to a criminal investigation.”

I would guess DJT would have immunity/protection for any such 'antics' and/or unless the republicans want to take actions he could continue his antics...

Leper is so brave. He urinated in his pants at Kathy Griffin carrying a make believe decapitated head in her hands but he urged thousands of slavering goobers to beat up one man at his rally. So brave!
