Re: ai ajnabi
nice one... for some reason, ajnabi in hindi songs, and even 'stranger' in English poems/songs is so romanticized..
agree everyone is a stranger in the beginning, but i have always found it hard to fall for one, or atleast go to next level. At the age that i was, i could not have married in an arranged alliance. major phobia there. I knew my husband personally since we were 14 and our families from even before. there was very little that i didn't know about him before i committed to him (even if i was pretty naïve about it). I did the same with the boyfriend before him. If at 24, you showed me a 25-30 something and asked me to get engaged to him, I would have bolted.
to think of it, even if in a relationship, the moment certain aspects of a guy become a stranger to me, he is dropped sooner or later. So ya, 'loving a stranger' is not me. I am a paranoid kinda person in general. I must know all, or majority of what's going on with them, otherwise i simply can't go all into a relationship, or stay in it ... call it creepy or whatever, at nearly 45, i doubt i will change...

I think women usually are very careful about the guys they see as potential relationships, much more than the guys about their potential romantic relations. So, your wanting to know a lot about the guy in the beginning seems natural.
