I couldn't watch the whole thing. With the fat guy in the turban, I had a feeling this was going downhill. The woman you are talking about has a kind of manly voice, if I remember. The boyfriend or husband in this clip is Ganesh Venkatraman. So the synthesis consists of an iyer gal and and iyer lad, although the guy wears a turban.
