US-Columbia relations get closer

U.S. officials said Sunday that a free-trade agreement with Colombia will go into effect on May 15, boosting the prospect of U.S. exports to this Andean nation.
Free-Trade does not mean traded freely.... Someone should explain this to the secret service personnel.

Saami,
What an embarassment! There are so many funny comments in Fb and other places..forget ancient times when personal royal guards and guards of leaders..were seen as men with honor and loyalty focussed on "their job"..sure, one or two may become all weak and lose it (!)when they see an exotic woman..but, a dirty dozen who are into orgies and other jobs, not to mention cheap and arguing with hardworking sex traders! Such a disgrace..
There goes the image of SS looking majestic men like Clint Eastwood all dedicated in "In the line of fire"
..
Speaking of movies..was trying to watch "Kanchivaram" on Vijay TV..heard so many good reviews, not to mention National Awards..but, it's quite boring (I usually like time period movies)..had to stop and move on!

Karunanidhi and the poet Kannadasan used to be friends. In 1950s, along with E.V.K Sampath they used to frequent brothels. Once M.K was unhappy with the service. All of these guys paid Rs 50 each. He had chosen the youngest one in that house. And that too a virgin till that day. He threatened to call the cops. Got all the Rs. 150 back. And he was bragging about it for a week. Next week that money was used for the same purpose.

Quite a few.. and MK Stalin's movie - released today - has got good reviews. Supposed to be a comedy movie - your taste.
Kanjivaram is also a reflection of the time when farmers and laborers were borderline slaves. If not for these movies, we will never appreciate what our ancestors went thro' - that too, those with ADD when it comes to reading books. The movie illustrates tthe very simple ambitions of the poor and how hard it was even to achieve that. Wish you had watched the last 30 min. It is available on YOUTUBE.
When I saw the picture of SS men, I could not help compare their appearance with the fat bozos standing on the sidewalk (must be the columbian secret service).

So, are these "three idiots" going to Heaven or hell ? They seem to be just fine and dandy. I guess MK followed the true "Krsna Conscious"

Seriously, thanks..I heard something about the MK grandson's movie!
As you say, I am just not into watching heavy movies..but, the theme/storyline is good. You know, always appreciate the struggles of the workers, esp. blue collar workers- past and present, and it's always important to make these movies.
