what's the story about death row inmate getting 185?
My nephew kicked butt in 12th this year. Being FC he won't get into one good college.

How is this guy's Tamil? He is the Telugu actor Balakrishna (late NTR's son). I can't understand what he is saying but he sounds close to the way he sounds in Telugu. Some people like it and some make fun of it in mimicry skits.

He sounds like the generic Kollywood technician with Telugu as the first language. (I was looking for a more appropriate analogy - he sounds like one of those train ticket examiners out of guntakkal who by sheer experience of having plied the chennai - mumbai train routes becomes conversant to chase away miscreants from the first AC sleeper). One can follow the meaning but there is a fairly strong telugu accent and obvious difficulties in his brain translating his telugu thoughts into an appropriate tamil sentence.
And at one point, he actually says, 'I am a big actor in AP but feel very happy to be here in Chennai and speaking Tamil'

I give 4 /5 stars to Mr. Balakrishna.
And I enjoyed reading the creative and animated use of tamil in the newspaper..by adding universal cute sounds.
I also applaud the convicted prisoner for appearing and scoring well in the exams. Instead of eating, sleeping and endlessly arguing and fighting, not to mention doing other stuff which taxpayers pay for.

At least in prisons..the fighters can be sent to their cells..! What can one do in other places..except flee when it goes on and on.
May be it was the way I was raised..was taught to respect any place/space one is in- owned by someone else *(I extend that to on line spaces and places as well)..and show some respect to the people who allow one to use it for free..and leave if one does not feel good/comfortable without bad mouthing them!
It's not easy..but, I try my best to do that!

How about Bhanu Chander (the guy who spoke first). I thought he is a telugu guy. Is he a telugu guy speaking in Tamil or a tamil guy?
