Indian cities are living in utter darkness and lack of sufficient power during summer. People are dying of heat strokes and excessive power cuts. Yet Indian Govt has no money, interest or whatever for improving the power grids or the supply system.

But they do have $300 mil for Mynamar. Excellent news. Jai ho India, Chack de India.

Heck forgot to add.. At least in Delhi the govt cannot control the monkeys and has no money to control the menace. Cannot $300 mil help control at least one monkey?
