your best bet would be to come up with enough spaces to that it goes to the next line(s).

They must be stripping one "<". Try doing multiple of those for the para tag and it may work.

What do you mean? Can't your post in multiple paras in Sulekha CH anymore?

Its a bit like a tree falling in the forest. If there is no one to hear it, did it really make a sound? Likewise with CH posts..

You can't. Thanks to theCroMagnon wrote:What do you mean? Can't your post in multiple paras in Sulekha CH anymore?
excellent bug fix they made. It goes like this. Sulekha was alerted by
many people that there was a bug in their software. They steadfastly
ignored those reports. Then someone started calling the Sulekha office
every few minutes. After she did that for a couple of days, the CEO of
Sulekha called his "programmer" in India. He said, "oye, go take a look
at the forumotion forum and figure out why <!-- doesn't kill threads
on forumotion; then implement that on CH." So the programmer came here,
tested it out, and went over there, and implemented a change. That
change was to strip out the < and > from every HTML tag in a post.
Even the HTML generated by their own rich-text editor. So you click on
bold, italic, or color, or size or any of those things on CH's editor,
you get garbage in your post. I would have given this effort a 5 out of
10 if the original thread-killing bug had been fixed with it. But no,
you can still kill threads.
So, basically, after ignoring the
bug, what Sulekha did was to make a change that did NOT fix the bug, but
made the forum a LOT worse. And some people are still waiting for
Sulekha to fix the forum!

the sulekha ch is parsing html code all wrong. for example command <div> will screw your post (notwithstanding what <<!-- already does)
