If this product works and if it is safe, then great!
The name of it
should've been 'tight again' or something like that instead of '18 again'. I don't understand the 'women's empowerment' or 'degrading women' part associated with this product. The
ad was funny except that it could've been a little more subtler at the end,

Didn't like the ad at all. But that's how I feel about many ads in India now. Too loud; too much in your face; too much family involvement, no matter what the product is; sometimes unnecessary patriotism and choking emotions; jokerpanti half the time. More often than not, they are turn-offs.
The comments were all over the place, didn't read them all though.
Regarding the product itself, it's a personal choice after all. Sex is a serious business in any marriage (or relationship), and let couples resolve issues however they want to. Many times it's the doctors who address any such concerns.
Sometimes they do infomercials in forms of small documentaries. It's fine if they want to advertise the product on tv, but wish they conveyed that couples-marriage-sex-personal sentiment in the ad too. Dancing around in the family aangan, is that the best they could come up with? Ugh.

If anything it should be named 40 again. Women are supposed to reach the peak around 40, while men....err....boys start their lives straight at the peak at around 15.
So the name should be "Letourneau" and any male product should be named "Fualaau"
