From what i hear (that is, read a tell all by a woman who partied this way with the Kutcher dude - yes when he was still married), when big stars party like this, their bodyguards all make sure no one is carrying any sort of obvious or hidden camera devices.
so, the fault is not entirely prince Harry's. His crew gotta get fired! Or maybe the brits bodyguards just need better training.

Sure Sara! If he is a fun-loving..young single guy and assumes he can have some privacy! And he is Prince Harry- everyone can cut him some slack..it's hard not to like him..he seems like a down-to-earth young man like his Mom (he certainly is his mother's child with letting loose and a little reckless)..but, also endearing..a "People's Prince"..mingling with commoners in Vegas:)
In the old days it did not matter if the Prince was single or married (as many times as he could!)
*The only concern should be his physical safety (that includes being safe among women he just met and invited over!)
If only Sara was Prince Sara..hmm, one can only wonder what Maha-Ilavarasar Sara would do, in a good way, of course:)
