spiegel im spiegel -- oh god, i am dying listening to it over and over. can't believe these musical geniuses and what they are capable of. simply brilliant.

tabula rasa -- pass (a bit loud).

p.s. how do you type the diacritics? do you need to upload a font library?

vikram seth once made the most absurd comments about "an equal music." i was half-way into it when i read the comment. he said, and i paraphrase, that his relationship with music was so personal and deep that he could not put it in words. And that is precisely the reason, he expounded, why at all he had wanted to write about music! in my mind i said, wah, wah! i was hating his book then (half-way in). but that was precisely the reason why i wanted to finish it then! yet i wrote a favourable review for the book in sulekha (review gone now).
