Per my realistic statistical analysis, I see women in their 40s and 50s studying - albeit in technical schools or trade schools. Their will to fight it out is amazing - after realizing that they have wasted their lives. I RARELY see a failed man in 40s go back to school or reskill themselves.

But, my opinion about women in upper echelon has drastically changed - they are now at a C+ level - lacking REAL skills and very rarely see/hear about an unbiased female executive. They all seem to behave like 3rd male chauvanist executives. Worse, they seem to pick/rely on such rd rate males. I hear about this trend more and more.
