Haha...you've now given Rashmun a leg up in the now-epic "not-communal" sweepstakes.

Against the criterion: "Inspired a Hindu BW to cook", Aurangzeb scores a No and Nizam scores a Yes ==> Nizam is more not-communal than Aurangzeb.

Thanks.

Based on his videos but I had to improvise since I did not have all the ingredients he suggested - also, he cheats and uses ready-made "biryani masala" - I made my own fresh one. And a few other deviations here and there.

Looks good. Some good has come of this contest between Aurangzeb and Nizam to see who is less communal.

Retribution, that's what is in store. Your actions have forced an update of the famous comparison table. You will be expelled from your caste and relieved of all duties right away. https://such.forumotion.com/t8491p350-aurangzeb-s-generous-side-and-love-for-books#67456

Looks yummy! Bagara baingan tastes good, but takes a lot of time to prepare. Not motivated enough to make it any time soon. I'm all for quick and easy to make recipes.
I'm going to try the rava dosa recipe that you shared. If it comes out good, will take pix and share here. For others who want to try, here's the recipe:
