Krishna and Godavari in coastal AP are quite alright for bathing.

However, river Moosi (or is it Musi?) in Hyderabad is another story! Only fanatic Telanganites can bathe in it!

Telanganites don't bath in the moosi. They grow gongura on it's banks and sell it
to Andhrawalas.

Are they, then, trying to keep Andhrawalas in Hyd? If Seemaandhra fellows leave, what will happen to Moosi gongura?

Actually, no one from Guntur make gongura pickle using Hyd leaves - they import from coastal villages. Even the Hyd pickle companies making gongura, avakaya, palla khaaram, etc., get their ingredients from coastal areas. Hyd gongura (the one with red stems) is only good for gongura pulusu.

Come think of it, these days, Telanganites are corrupted - they are addicted to the gongura-cream combination. Guntur exports most of its gongura to Hyderabada, Domalguda, Siddipeta, Sunnipenta and Nallagonda!

Silly fight.

BTW if Telengana becomes a reality, it will still be a part of India.

Let them have it. If Telengana becomes well developed, it will be great for India.

Wonderful advice!

How about uniting all Deccan areas into what used to be Nizam's kingdom - add some districts from Maharashtra and some from Karnataka!

How about giving Chittor to TN, Anantapur to Karnataka and Araku Valley to Chattisgarh?

Then, coastal AP will gradually become Bihar of SI since T will make sure that Kirshna and Godavari will dry up by the time they reach coastal areas!
