2 2 lunches today Empty 2 2 lunches today

Lunch 1: 10:30 am: palak paneer with 2 BIG rotis.

Lunch 2: 12:30 pm: FULL plate of Thai basil fried rice with chicken. Went to lunch thinking I'll have just soup. Then ordered the food thinking I will box it. But then it tasted soooo good. Simply finished it. The last grain of it.

The food made me thirsty too, so drank 2 glasses of water there and half a bottle here already, going for more. And now I feel like I will burst. Walked three rounds with a colleague, but still am very very heavy in my middle.

What a way to end the year, feeling half sick. Why do I do this.

I came to work early today around 7:00 AM; so that I can leave early. Still starving and while heading home will buy lunch/dinner and cake. Had 2 cups of coffee. Will be leaving in another half hour or so.

Walking doesn't help after eating. Regular work outs help. That reminds me that I was hogging food and watching crappy movies last week and didn't have time to work out Razz
