Please read the speech she gave in Tamil about the functioning of the Mullai Periyar dam. She clearly explained the technical details of how the dam works in such a lucid manner every Tamilian can understand.

She is very intelligent no doubt about it. but she is also impulsive, moody, erratic, and very superstitious. i would much prefer Chidambaram as PM.

Looks like Chidamabaram has 2 votes.

Not sure if his wife and family will vote for him though.

the fact that he has no mass base is actually an advantage for him vis a vis Sonia. She will trust him more and he will become another Manmohan.
