I remember a similar uproar when Bombay was about to be released. Mani Ratnam's house was also bombed but no one was injured fortunately. The muslim community is asking for a ban. Wonder if JJ and Karuna will get involved ... Rolling Eyes

What an irony!

Kamalahasan is supposed to be an atheist. And he worships the DK founder EVR.

It seems he has been accused of denigrating Hindu religion in his movies. But none of those movies were banned.

I think some of his rivals did not want the movie to be a success. They must have bribed some Muslim leaders in TN to instigate a protest.
