Is Govt of Tamil Nadu promoting Hindi? Empty Is Govt of Tamil Nadu promoting Hindi?

If we agree that colloquial hindi and colloquial Urdu is the same language, then the fact that there exists an organization called Tamil Nadu state Urdu academy means that the title of this thread has been justified.
