Pulidevan and Nadesan are not LTTE fighters. They are envoys who participated in peace talks. Had met foreign envoys as well as Sri Lankan diplomats. They surrendered with white flags as instructed by UN officials with the knowledge of SL President Rajapaksa. They were never seen again.
