Why do Hispanic immigrants commit more crimes than Indians and Chinese?

Kidnapping women in the land you have immigrated to and keeping them as slaves?
It is so brazen.
My Chinese friend says unlike Indians and Chinese, Hispanics are comfortable with whites culturally and geographically. Hence there is nothing that holds them back when it comes to doing bad things to whites.

I am talking about Indian and Chinese immigrants in America.
Since they are almost like fish out of water here, in an alien environment, they do not dare to commit any crimes against the whites.
But Cubans and other Hispanic groups do not feel the same way in America. They feel at home here and do not feel any barrier between them and the white population.

it is a technicality. it always makes you wonder if the effort expended by law enforcement in cases like this depends on the economic class the victims belong to. i think all of these three girls came from impoverished backgrounds. if they came from upper middle class families and from tony neighborhoods, the manhunt would have been of a different intensity. there is definitely a double standard about such things.

or take Indians of the same socio economic strata as the majority of Hispanic immigrants in the US.
Otherwise, it is an apples-oranges thing.
