Is this Northindian misogyny seeping into the South? Are skewed sex-ratios in Salem to blame? Is this DK-head violence against Brahmins? Pls discuss.

Can you please not generalize a whole group of people by the deeds of some? I am sure there are lot of bus drivers, paan walaas and vegetable vendors who would feel bad for the woman and if present at the location would have helped her .. There is no relation between these crimes and a particular class of people a. It's just that the rich and powerful make sure the news doesn't come out.
