Interesting idea, I hope it works. This country needs more such experiments, as college becomes increasingly unaffordable to middle-class people.

This is not fool proof. What happens when the student drops out halfway? graduation rates are usually 60 to 70% wonly.

He will have to pay 1.5% of his salary for 25 years.
