i got this one recently, it's showing $229 now, hmm. I got it for $213.69. Different colors have different prices, funnily, like the black one in there is for $199. This is fairly easy to use. Haven't yet uploaded all the pics to see full quality. However, you can also see the price range of the ones that come with wifi upload kinda functionalities.

Stupid auto-correct, Swype, etc, I know.

The Galaxy S4 has one of the best cameras out there and the Active edition is waterproof up to 1 meter.

I own a $100 Sony. Works like a champ, takes good pictures even in low light.
