The new CJI Sathasivan has reversed a judgement by the ex-CJI in a case defended by X-rated CONman Abhishek Manu Singhvi. Hmm... I wonder how much money the ex-CJI was given (or did AMS supply something else???).

it would be unfair to accuse Kabir of dishonesty in this case. He only gave more time to the company to pay the fine; he did not excuse the fine itself. But i have serious reservations about this judgement of Kabir:

This offcourse does not mean the good intentioned former CJI wanted to be Kuber from Kabir. Whats in a name is a name
