He appeals in Supreme Court and the judge sides with him because the arresting officer didn't read him the consequences of refusing a breathalyzer test in a language he understands. (The driver didn't understand English). Mind blowing.

TRENTON, N.J. — Drivers in New Jersey who don't speak English must be informed of the consequences of refusing to take an alcohol breath test in a language they understand, the state Supreme Court ruled Monday.
