Is this true about Ilayaraja? Empty Is this true about Ilayaraja?

My friend says when the duo M.S.Viswanathan-Ramamurthi split, it was the beginning of the end of M.S.V's career. Because it was Ramamurthi who did the heavy lifting.

Then after a few years, Ilayaraja took over. But he lacked in one area.He  simply had no comprehension of western music. So he hired M.S.Viswanathan  to help him out in that department and paid a huge salary.

But for M.S. Viswanathan it seems, we would not be hearing any western instruments like Guitar and drums in Ilayaraja's music.

yes. he told me so. MSV and ramamoorthy also confirmed the same. i just got the whatsapp message...
