Overruling Supreme Court of India's order, the criminals in India's Parliament overturned court order to be in power.

What a shame

Taking a step towards negating a Supreme Court order, RajyaSabha on Tuesday approved a proposal to maintain the right of those in jail to contest polls amidst law minister KapilSibal's contention that courts are "enthusiastic" to prove politicians as criminals.
