This some Chaddi propaganda. More likely Modi propaganda now that he is the PM candidate.

ISI, Pakistan never ever would do such a thing. Even if they did, Indian muslims will not behave like that. Ask Maulana Rashmunullah and Maulana Merlot and they will vouch for these facts.

It is happening. Please see this post!
Already folks in J&K government themselves are talking like separatists.

Pakistan wants to get somethings in its favor, before it loses its leverage over US in Afghanistan (End 2014).

Pakistan could raise the temperature in J&K and get their OIC buddies Turkey/Malaysia and Saudi to generate heat.

Yes But Congress will continue to have the "same" policy for the next 20 years.

BJP...err...Modi might fllow a different policy - just hope that he follow a policy that takes int "account" pakistan.
