I dont carte what they call it. According to Chief Minister Jayalalitha large ampunts of money is transferred from Tamil Nadu to Hindi states in the way universal PDS is set up, She wanted TN out of it but the leech Hindi politicians would not agree.

BTW, I strongly recommend that Congress implement a National Toilet Scheme and call it "Indiramma Toilet Scheme"
