While court did not go all the way to appoint an investigative body into black money, it pulled govt's committees into its SIT orbit.

SC also commented that Govt did not make a serious attempt to uncover facts in Hasan ALi case.

Will Lokpal Bill and Black money investigations change the monetary dimensions of Indian economy? Unfortunately Man Mohan singh's govt is using every bureaucratic trick to slow down and derail these investigations.

Whatever happens, this is a net positive for India and its people.

Former Justice Jeevan Reddy is known to be an independent guy. He has a terrific resume. Hopefully he can survive and move forward in Indian political landmine. Now the job is to keep the politicians away from the investigation.
