The mean annual income for an aeronautical engineer in the United States is just under $105,000, . While it's difficult to make direct comparisons, a blog that covers the aerospace industry in India indicates that the higher end of the scale for engineers there is 20000.

Its high time Indian aerospace engineers go on strike demanding quadraple increase in their salary.

He is probably interested in calculating escape velocities. Perhaps, planning to establish Ealam in one of the LIKELY new planets that supposedly one in five sun-like stars possess in our milkyway. Wait... I think KV will be better off simply establishing a while new galaxy for Ealam.
