BJP will be called to form the Govt as it has the max seats. Then ???? who will support who? AAP says it will be on the opposition bench. Congress will not support BJP and AAP will not support either... Will it take the support of BJP? If it took the support of Congress that will be its end.

BJP will run a minority Govt until it breaks Congress with defections. This is more likely than the Congress switching to AAP (if APP accepted it will be doomed) or a BJP faction joining AAP.

Things will come to a stand still in Delhi until a new elections...But then, nothing - except bus rape - happened in Delhi for 10 years.

Here is one possibility.
bjp will form govt. harsh vardhan will form an agenda with bjp and aap manifesto. take it to kejriwal for support. get something going for people.
It is very likely that there will be another election around 2014 general election time. if aap does not ask for it congress will engineer it through dissensions.
at that time it could be a fight between aap and bjp.
