hot soup

...dreaming. well, i am up since 5, so technically ready for lunch in an hour or so :-)

I woke up at 8.30. Felt so hungry as i had my dinner at 6 y'day. Made a coupla adais and had them with avial. Gulped down a cup of coffee somehow. Sitting lazily on the bed with hubby sipping his coffee beside me. Feel so relaxed! This is better than any vacation.

Hello Impedimentama!

Thank you for the wishes and wish you the same!

Have quite a few guests..and will attend Christmas Eve Church Mass this evening..so have been up since early this morning and working hard (!)..taking a break!

Made some mint soup (got the recipe from a Chef at Chola Sheraton a few years ago- it was good)..with chicken broth and black pepper.. tomatoes, spinach, cilantro..improvised on my own (!) think it came out fine..

Hope you are enjoying your hot soup too!

Eating hot idli with coconut chutney and gun powder. Late breakfast today. Happy Christmas to everyone on this thread - even Uppili.
