There is much in what Narang, the author of the blog says about the unequal treatment of people in India according to class. However, contrary to what he implies, there is no ethical principle that justifies the violation of the human rights of any person, in any measure - by a strip search, for example - by the claim that the human rights everyone, including those of US citizens, are violated every day in equal measure.
