Don't they throw them in jail initially while they decide the merits of the case? In jail they will have plenty of opportunities to prove their gayness.

Where is the outrage about India suppressing the rights of gay people? And isn't this the same country where two girls were sent to jail for facebook posts critical of some dead goon politician?
