Early morning Empty Early morning

...yoga for an hour followed by breakfast at saravana bhavan with freshly squeezed fruit juice from pazhamuthir cholai. two to three hours of dance practice followed by a short nap and then dinner with friends - he he, life is beautiful.

lol. we all focus on things we want to focus. I was reading that and counting # of calories burned in 1 hour of daily yoga and 2-3 hours of daily dance practice, and then you came in and counted the # of meals!
