Should AAP fight Lok Sabha and other Vidhan Sabhas elections immediately?
Perhaps not.
Kejriwal and his 'aam aadmi party' (AAP) have suddenly got a rare opportunity to form Govt. in Delhi after winning the recent elections there.
Now Kejriwal needs to concentrate / focus all the attention, resources and talent in his party to provide a good Govt. in Delhi and meet the goals of his election campaign, without being distracted and depleted to expand and fight other elections (Lok Sabha and other Vidhan Sabhas).
Once Kejriwal and AAP are able to prove in Delhi, after governing there for a numebr of years (perhaps over a full term or for 5 years), that their party can govern effectively after winning elections and that they are able to keep election promises, then only they should run in elections elsewhere (to Lok Sabha etc.).
At this stage, any diversion from Delhi (in terms of AAP trying to quickly expand elsewhere and fight elections to Lok Sabha and other Vidhan Sabhas) will lead to a serious chaos, mismanagement and lack of control (including a lack of right talent / manpower) in that party, from which it might never recover and could even be wiped out from Delhi in the next elections.

your analysis has a serious flaw: u are not taking into account the fact that Kejriwal's govt in Delhi depends on Cong support and Cong could withdraw its support at any time.

How is the Congress factor (Kejriwal needing the Congress support to make his AAP Govt. in Delhi viable) a flaw in the above analysis?
If anything, the Congress factor only lends more credence to the above analysis, i.e. Kejriwal first needs to strengthen his and his party's (AAP) image and position by governing properly in Delhi (with or without the help from Congress) before trying to expand to other places and run in other elections (Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabhas).

u are saying kejriwal should concentrate on completing his full five year term, but his govt may not last for even five months. it depends on Congress support for survival.

That's why whatever opportunity Kejriwal has, with or without Congress support (1 month, 5, months or 5 years), he should concentrate on governing properly and effectively in Delhi, instead of trying to expand and run to other places / states for the purpose of winning new elections. His immediate need is to show that he can provide good governance and his party (AAP) is a good alternative to Congress and BJP and that can be done by his running a good Govt. in Delhi (with or without Congress support) and not by his (AAP) running in election elsewhere (to Lok Sabha etc.).
Re: Should AAP fight Lok Sabha and other Vidhan Sabhas elections immediately?
Incidentally, even if Congress withdraws its political support for AAP before that party’s Govt. term is over in Delhi, there might be fresh elections to choose new legislators. That would lead to more number of APP candidates winning the next elections there, provided AAP Govt’s performance prior to the elections is very good.
The point is that it is in the long term interest of AAP to concentrate all its efforts and resources now to provide a good and effective Govt. in Delhi, instead of thinking and trying to expand elsewhere and win other elections (in Lok Sabha etc.).
