Death wish?

Vinoth told the police that no one on the ground had given his wife instructions on what to do when the parachute failed to open even though she was using a micro-headphone. "Usually, someone will instruct us while we are practsing skydiving. But in her case, no one guided her and they all escaped from the scene after seeing this incident," he alleged.
The police registered a case and further investigations were on. Omalur police inspector S Kumaresan and others rushed to the spot and began investigations. "A case had been registered and further investigations are underway. The ISPA authorities have gone hiding after this incident and we have launched a search for them," Kumaresan added.
Bangalore-based ISPA had been conducting skydiving practice at Salem airport since January 25, police said. There were 11 people, including five women, in the team.
"Initially the ISPA authorities would give ground-based training. The next day, they allowed us to jump from 3,000 ft from the aircraft," Aswath Narayanan, one of the participants, told TOI. He said those who completed 3,000-ft skydiving successfully could dive from 10, 000 feet.
"The deceased successfully completed 3,000-ft skydiving on Wednesday following which the ISPA authorities allowed her to jump from 10, 000 ft on Thursday," he said.

2. What is that "hindi thing" doing on the hospital board?

Why is that so called elite Indians want to do whatever the white man does for fun?
Airport? really ? I assumed it was hospital as the building looked good. The airport was a WW II Brit military airport (Hence, the Salem Contonement). Every 10 years or so, people tried to revive it and most recently, the defunct NEPC Airlines (?) flew Salem-Madras flights 10 years ago. I thought they used the runway as cricket picthes...

that is fine too. Merge all three and make it into greater Andhra. We will convert the whole thing into Tamil Naadu in no time.... Tamil Nadu is like Russia and AP and Karnataka are like Ukraine and Kazhaks...
