Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother!

Anyone read this book? Was on my amazon reading list...just got it. I read the synopsis on Time and it sounded interesting / controversial.

there was so much talk about this two three months ago and the book was discussed to death on the radio and tv. don't think i'll learn much more reading it. my time and money are better spent elsewhere.

agree...now all of a sudden everyone latches onto this new phenom until the next phenom catches their attention. fucking CNN probably has somethign to do with it. must be filler for pre and post casey anthony trial coverage.

It's a boring book. And contrary to what many people think it is more of a memoir than a book on raising children.
