Is it good to take pictures of tragedies, and post it on U Tube? How will the family and friends feel when they see this accident of their close ones being swept off in the water fall?

Cell phones in USA come in handy to show police brutality. Law suits and proof.

Not just in the US. Cell phone videos have been used to capture police brutality in Egypt, Libya and many other places. If I remember right, it was a cellphone video that showed Pakistani police killing a young man in cold blood.

and to capture various videos that translate into MMS scandals. Videos are here to stay, posting is purely dependent on person discretion or fear of lawsuits.

Some times the cell phone can be a dangerous weapon. Depends on who is using it and why.
