Ministerji claims his buffaloes have better stature than Queen Victoria!
I am glad he found it fit to compare his ugly buffaloes with the famous queen of England, but not famous Indian women like Mumtazmahal, Aishwarya Rai, Indira Gandhi, Madhubala, etc.

I guess it is incorrect to say UP has gone to the dogs. The correct phrase would be UP has gone to the buffaloes.
