Yeah this is outrageous. Before they send out those phishing smses, those Nigerians should first screen the recipients and make sure vulnerable sections - villagers, sr citizens, housewives, SC/STs, OBCs etc - are not targeted. We demand honour among thieves. Failing that, we'll go on indefinite dharma in front of the Nigerian high commission in Delhi.
