NDTV is reporting that the Lok Sabha MP from Seemandhra (Vijaywada) Lagadapati Rajagopalan has sprayed some of his fellow parliamentarians with either a pepper spray or mosquito spray inside the Lok Sabha when parliament was in session. One ambulance has been seen leaving the parliament taking some person or people to a hospital.

Rajagopal-an is as -an as Radhakrishna-N is -N.
However, Rajagopal, who represents Vijayawada, hails from Nellore which is close to Chennai. So, may be, he speaks Telugu with a Tamil accent.

No.. he speaks telugu just like you do i.e. in Krishna-Gunturu yaasa

LOL. Actually, Krishna and Guntur yaasas can be different. Even in Guntur dist, Coastal yaasa is different from Macherla's. NTR's yaasa is different from Gummadi's.
