Yeah, where can he go in Andhra? May be he could have been given Amethi in UP as the safest seat, or better still, the Congress High Command (aka Sonia Gandhi) should have done the electorate a favor and pitted him against Purandareshwari (NTR's daughter) in Vizag. Two birds in one shot.
