No they will not but UP voters will be reminded of the fact that Shiv Sena has an alliance with BJP in Maharashtra. This will no doubt piss them off vis a vis the BJP.

Shiv Sena contesting in UP and Bihar is like TRS contesting in coastal Andhra. People won't find any logical reason to vote for them.

The objective of the Shiv Sena is, I think, to damage the BJP so that BJP continues to remain dependent on it. It is possible that the Shiv Sena may divide the Hindutva vote to some extent and in any closely fought election this could make a difference.
